We realize that buying a home is perhaps the largest investment you will ever make. Whether you are buying your First home or upgrading your present home, you will need an Agent who is representing you, the Buyer, not the Seller. My job as a Real Estate Consultant is to be your advocate and to help you find the best home for you at the best possible price and terms.

Because the Seller pays the commission, my services to you are absolutely free. Also, I have a free Home Finder service. Here`s how it works: Each night our Home Finder computers access the Multiple Listing Service and searches through All the information on every home listed by every real estate company. Then it sorts through every listing and matches the homes that are available to your specifications and requirements. Then our Home Finder Service faxes or emails the information to you daily or weekly whatever you prefer. As you receive information about available homes, you can study, compare and drive by the properties at your convenience. When you find a home that you would like to see inside, all you need to do is give me a call and I will make the necessary arrangements. You will never be made to feel under any pressure or obligation to buy. *Remember, the listing agent (name on the for sale sign) represents the Seller!
